Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return request.
3. Wait for return approval and return instructions before sending your item back.
4. Ship the item back unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your message so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@nextchapterparentingbooks.com, and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at your preference.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard return policy applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned. Any final sale restriction will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
