Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Carriers
We partner with major carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The specific carrier is chosen based on your location and the size of your order.
Processing Time
Please allow 0–1 business days for processing before your order ships (typically faster).
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
USA: 3–5 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days (varies by location and customs processing)
Please note: Total estimated delivery time (Processing + Shipping) is generally 4–7 business days for the US, and 6–12 business days for Canada.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note it takes 1–3 business days for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.
If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and no tracking is available, please contact us at support@nextchapterparentingbooks.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of your estimated delivery date (or 15 days for Canada), please contact us at support@nextchapterparentingbooks.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at your preference.
Please note: Next Chapter Parenting is not responsible for lost packages if an incorrect address was provided during the order process. Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before finalizing your purchase. If we made an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your original order free of charge.
Order Cancellation Policy
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after your order is placed. To cancel, please contact us at support@nextchapterparentingbooks.com as soon as possible. After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the order has entered our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customs & Duties (Canada Orders)
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products for delivery to Canada, you acknowledge that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Are My Items Shipped in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
